HERE BEGINS MY PARIS STREET SCENE!

Well once again, thanks to the wonderful blog THE GRAPHICS FAIRY, I have more inspiration. I am totally in love with little scenes. When I was a kid I had a little wooden box that was a old general store set up inside of it. Kind of like a one room doll house. I spent hours imagining the life of the general store clerk that was made out of corn husk. I do think I was born in the wrong time period. And this girl would have been me. She would have loved to stop by this cafe in Paris for a hot cup of coffee. It would be one of those things that was simple and of great enjoyment. That girl would have been me for sure.

So the base is a little mini canvas. I attached the gate and used a watercolor brush and ink to add the color.

Then I attached the clock to the side of the canvas. It reminds me of a corner building.
I added the embossed chandelier for more layers of shinny fun. So there it is. I hope you enjoy it and work on your own little dimensional fun project. I must go back to the Graphics Fairy now and look for more things that look like buildings. I need to create the next building she is going to be stopping by today!

CREATE SOMETHING FABULOUS TODAY!

Amazing. I sat and looked at the detail for what seemed like forever. How very clever it all is. I'm really glad I found your blog this morning!

LOVE it!!! I'm so glad to see this Iron Gazebo image in use, and what a clever idea you came up with too! You've also reminded me that I need to get cracking on an old Theater stage image that I have. I think you would have fun playing with that one too! Thanks so much for linking this one up for "Brag Monday".
